What is your return & exchange policy in European Union?

It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use; if not, no return may be made. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the articles reach MAUKE V JEWELRY in perfect condition.

If you are struggling to find suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, it is essential that the products to be returned are in in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.; if not, no return may be made.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For Pre orders:
  • All pre-orders are final sale items. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
Sale items, gift cards, custom products :
  • Are final sale items. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.

In the event that such items are returned, it will be resent to the buyer and the shipping costs will be at your expense. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and the return costs will be deducted from your refund amount. You will receive your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@maukev.com.

What is your return & exchange policy outside Europe? 

You can return or exchange your products at your own expenses up to 30 natural days from the delivery date of the order.

How do I prepare my return?

1- Before you return your jewelry, you should contact sales@maukev.com or fill in  contact us form on our website.

2- Once your request has been authorized, our Customer service team will send you the customs clearance documentation. The return must travel with the custom clearance documentation. Otherwise, the order could be blocked in customs, lengthening the return process.

3- The return shipping costs, as well as possible taxes and duties, will be assumed by the client. Otherwise, it will be returned to the sender and the return request will be refused.

Notes:

In order to return products from different orders, it is mandatory to inform our Customer service team.

We strongly recommend using the same shipping company as the one used by MAUKE V JEWELRY at the moment of the delivery in order to expedite the customs process.

In case the order contains promotional products, these must be returned if, due to the return, the order does not fulfill the conditions of the promotion.

MAUKE V JEWELRY will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions.

Depending on the period in which the request is made and the promotional conditions, the return may take the form of a gift card.

What is the total amount reimbursed?

Return costs will be deducted from you refund amount.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all applicable duties and taxes.
  • Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will you receive your refund?

The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase in 15 working days since the reception of the return in our warehouse.
