When will my order ship?
For items in stock our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday or in the weekend will ship on the next business day.
Please note that preordered items can take 4 to 4.5 months to ship. While they usually ship out much sooner, it is possible that they may take the full estimated time. Preorder status will be indicated either in the product title or in the description.
If your order contains both preordered and in-stock items, please note that the entire order will ship together once the preordered item is ready.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and to peak season, like Black Friday or Christmas. Shipment outside of the European Union may attract custom taxes and additional fees for shipments. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

How do I track my order?
When we ship your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.If the information has not been updated, check again after 24 hours for the courier to update your shipment tracking.

We take pride in the materials we use for our jewelry designs. We source all our product materials ethically and in an environment-friendly manner. Our main materials are sterling, 14 karat gold-filled. These metals ensure high quality and durability. Few of our designs incorporate both silver and brass or silver and gold plating, creating a daring and fascinating look.To compliment our designs, we use gemstones and handpicked high quality beads.We believe the materials we use are just as important as the design itself. How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.
What warranty is offered with your jewelry?
All our jewelry come with a 2-year warranty, from the date of your order’s delivery, against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. According to the warranty, MAUKE V JEWELRY will replace* manufacturing faults within a 2-year period. This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear, damage, nor the loss of the jewel or part of it. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
